An elderly patient came to us due to severe pain and swelling. This is how the restoration process began.
Due to the patient’s health condition, implants could not be placed. The previous dental bridge also had to be preserved and incorporated into the treatment. The entire aesthetic and functional outcome had to be adapted to the existing restoration.
Goal

Restoration of missing teeth, in the upper arch using the All-on-6 method, involving the placement of 6 implants and the fixation of a permanent bridge that does not need to be removed. In the lower arch, the patient’s natural teeth were preserved, restored with veneers, and the missing teeth were replaced with implant-supported crowns.
