01 How to prepare for your first visit?
- Please bring your ID card or passport for your first visit.
- If you are coming for an implantology consultation and already have an implant – be sure to bring your implant passport.
- If you have had an X-ray (RTG / CBCT) taken within the last year, it is worth bringing it with you.
- Please also bring any referrals or test results received from other medical specialists – if you have them.
02 Are treatments at the clinic reimbursed by the NFZ?
No. All services in our clinic are provided exclusively on a private basis.
03 Does the clinic offer the possibility of installment payments?
Yes. We offer installment payments. Detailed information about the available options is provided by the reception – feel free to contact us.
04 How to get here and where to park?
- Car: free parking spaces are available for patients.
- Public transport: metro – M1 Natolin or M1 Imielin; buses – stops in the immediate vicinity of the clinic.
- Airport: the clinic is located a short distance from the airport, which is convenient for patients from outside Warsaw.
05 How to obtain medical records?
In order to obtain medical documentation, including:
- radiological images taken at the clinic,
- descriptions of visits or treatment,
you should contact the reception by phone or e-mail and submit a request for the provision of medical records.
We can issue documentation in paper or electronic form. It will be provided immediately, however, the maximum processing time is up to 30 days.
06 Where can I read the clinic's regulations?
The clinic’s regulations are available at the reception and on the website in the dedicated “Regulations” tab.
07 What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash,
- payment card,
- BLIK,
- bank transfer.
